I love drawing holiday cards . . . I actually wanted to design greeting cards for Hallmark at one point in my career. I'm glad I didn't pursue that career full-time, but I always explore that dream a little whenever a holiday rolls around. . . :)

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, as I've been super busy with my other series (Ralphy the Rhino www.ralphy.ca) and preparing for Ollie & Jack's big debut in Shanghai and Canada this fall. I love watching how animals move and explore the world around them, and it provides some great inspiration for Ollie and Jack's behaviours in their stories. I filmed this kitten (part of a litter of 8!) at a studio in Shanghai a week before my Hong Kong book launch. Cute!

Just when I thought things couldn't get any better after an amazing book launch, I was left utterly speechless and incredibly grateful for this gift from a dear friend. . . Thank you to all the friends who attended Ollie & Jack's special book launch party in Hong Kong. The event was a big success, and it was wonderful sharing my new book with both kids and kids-at-heart. Your support is a huge inspiration for me :)

Here's the official front cover for the limited sketchbook edition of Ollie & Jack! Only 375 signed and numbered copies will be available worldwide, and the book will be my first launched in Asia. I'll post an official photo of the actual book soon so you can see the cool 3-D embossing that was done to make Ollie and Jack really jump of the cover! *T*
